These terms and conditions, outlined below, govern the use of Wheatlands’ mobile application. By accessing or using this app, you accept the terms and conditions detailed below.

Definitions

  • The Company means Wheatland Cheese UK Ltd, a company incorporated in England and Wales, with its registered office in United Kingdom.
  • Customer means any business entity using the Application.
  • Products means food and non-food items offered for sale by the Company.
  • Application means the Wheatlands mobile application and related digital services.

The Application is powered by Simplisales, a technology service provider. Simplisales does not sell products and is not a party to any commercial relationship between the Company and the Customer.

Applicability

These Terms apply to all use of the Application.

The Company may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Application constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Acceptable Use

The Customer agrees not to misuse the Application or engage in abusive, unlawful, or disruptive behaviour. The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate access in such cases.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of the Application.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

Account Deletion

If you wish to delete your account, please contact your Account Manager. The Account Manager will confirm your identity and initiate the deletion process.

All personal and business information associated with your account will be permanently deleted from our systems within 30 days of confirmation, in accordance with applicable data protection regulations.

Please note that once the deletion process is completed, all related data, including account access, order history, and business records, will be permanently and irreversibly removed.
